Keg capper
The automatic capper is intended for placing caps on the keg filling inlets. We offer it in various designs to suit each customers application.

For 30 l and 50 l keg barrels.

Up to 500 kegs per hour.
Construction
The capper consists of a welded frame supporting a capping head, a cap magazine and a keg conveyor with a positioning stopper. Full kegs are transported under the capping head and positioned by the stopper. The caps, which are fed from the magazine, are placed and pushed on the keg inlet by the capping head. The kegs are then transported away. The capping mechanism is driven pneumatically, the keg conveyor by the electric SEW Eurodrives.
