Crate destacker
An efficient device intended for dismantling stacks of crates. Several crates are destacked at a time, exact number depends on the requested performance. We offer it in various designs to suit each customers application.

Construction
The destacker consists of a destacking device and an internal crate conveyor. The machine frame supports a crate gripping mechanism which clamps the second layer of crates from the bottom and lifts it. In the meantime, the downmost row of crates is transported away and the lifted stack is placed on the conveyor. The cycle repeats until the whole stack is dismantled. Crates are accurately positioned between grippers by means of pneumatically driven stops.
