High-performance equipment intended for depalletisation of kegs. The head transfers the whole layer of kegs at a time. We offer various designs of gripping or clamping head according to type of kegs and layer pattern.
For 30 l and 50 l KEG barrels as standard and others upon request.
Up to 200 layers per hour, e.g. 1.200 kegs per hour.
Mainly consists of a stiff frame, welded from thin-walled steel profiles. In its upper part a transfer trolley moves in fixed guides. A depalletiser head is fastened to the transfer trolley. This head is either a clamping head (P 640 series) or a gripping one (P 630 series). When using the clamping head, the kegs are clenched from the side by six prismatic arms during transferring to the pallet. The clamping itself is done by means of six pneumatic cylinders. When using the gripping head, kegs are gripped from above by the upper rim. This head type consists of six fixtures, each of them made up of four fingers. Gripping fingers are unclenched pneumatically. Vertical movement of the whole head is made using two pneumatic cylinders; horizontal movement of trolley by electric motor with gear box. The depalletiser is equipped with a singulating table for kegs. It is also usually equipped with a pillar lift for pallet lifting to the level of the output keg conveyor.
