Warranty service

This is a standard service for all of our supplied machines. It is supported by hotline phone-operators (non-stop) who speak 3 languages and by the Aftersale Support Manager (Jan Zechmeister, photo on the right) reachable during working days on the e-mail address servis@manex.cz, tel./fax number +420 519 430 066 and mobile number +420 724 366 317. 

After-warranty service

This is a standard service for all of our supplied machines. We offer regular preventive service inspections. Besides our own supplied machines we can service compatible machines of other producers as well.

Special emergency service

Above-standard service offered for all our supplied machines. The service guarantees the client operative action of our service team in a shortest time. The time period is individually agreed in a service agreement.

Logistic services

We offer solution of consignment stocks for emergency parts by the client.

Spare parts sale

Due to above-standard relationships with our suppliers we can offer spare parts delivery to our machines budget-priced and in shorted delivery times.

Sales services

Reciprocal sale

In case of modernisation we offer the reciprocal surrender of old machines. This is related to our regularly serviced machines only.

Design services

We offer complete solutions of technological lines and other technical design services per order.

Additional services

Staff training

To our customers we offer staff training in operation and common servicing of our machines.
