Gantry depalletiser - D 470 Series
Efficient medium performance automatic unit intended for depalletisation of new containers. Single layers of containers are withdrawn from the pallet on a transfer table with vertical movement. The unit is offered in various designs according to specific requirements of the customer.
Applikation
For bottles, PET bottles, cans and similar containers.
Performance
Up to 150 layers/hour, e.g. 25.000 bottles 0,5 l/hour.
Construction
Robust construction with vertically moving transfer table. Combines some advanced design elements; automatic centring of each layer, holding of lower layers and use of motor controlled by frequency converters. This solution guarantees high performance together with careful handling of containers. The layer pads are automatically put into a storage magazine and counted continuously. The complete unit is operated by a programmable Siemens or Rockwell PLC. All working conditions are displayed on a multi screen panel. The whole device is fenced to meet safety regulations and the entries are equipped with safety interlocks.
