Full pallet destacker
An efficient device intended for destacking of full pallets with goods, e.g. to dismantle the pallet unit: pallet – goods – pallet – goods. Usually it is placed from side above the pallet conveyor. It is a common accessory to a depalletiser of kegs. We offer it in various designs to suit each customers application.
Application
For EURO pallets 1,200 x 800 mm, Chep pallets, half pallets 800 x 600mm (Düsseldorf).
Loading capacity
Pallets with kegs or other load up to 1,000 kg.
Construction
We offer 2 basic designs of the destacker:
1. Single-pillar destacker with gripping arms
The destacker is based on a robust pillar, which supports a vertical drive to move the carriage with a pair of gripping arms. The arms grip pallets from sides and lift it.
2. Fork destacker
The destacker is based on a stiff welded frame, which support a vertical drive to move the carriage with an adjustable fork. This fork takes on the pallet from one side the same way as a forklift truck does. The whole destacker unit is placed on a track car which ensures its movement to the pallet from the side.
