Full pallet turner
A special high-performance equipment designed for automatic online inverting of pallets with goods. It is used for example for dairy products prior pasteurisation.
Application
For full pallets with loads up to 1,500 kg.
Throughput
Up to 40 pallets per hour.
Construction
The turner consists of a robust stable basis which supports a rotating unit with 2 chain pallet conveyors and input and output doors. A full pallet is delivered on the infeed conveyor and transfered into the turner unit through its open input door. The door closes and the upper conveyor with empty pallet goes down and touches the top of the full pallet. The whole unit is then inverted, the upper conveyor lifted and the inverted pallet with goods is ejected from the turner through the output door. Both doors are opened pneumatically, all other movements are driven by electric drives (SEW).
