Keg ink-jet prints washer
An efficient automatic washing device intended for rinsing off the "Ink-Jet" prints from keg barrels. In filling lines, it is situated before a keg surface washing machine.

Construction
The washer consists of a main frame carrying a washing device, a keg conveyor and an infeed keg stopper. The whole machine is made of stainless steel and is assembled of well-proven, reliable and safe components (drives, pneumatic components).
Kegs arrive on the conveyor and are stopped by the stopper which lets them in one by one. Inside, the keg is gripped and continually rotated while a washing nozzle sprays alcohol solvent on the whole keg perimeter. The dissolved ink-jet prints are finally wiped off by small sponges.
