Depalletising line for bottles or cans

Application

For new empty bottles, cans and similar containers.

Depalletising lines by MANEX mean optimally functioning systems. All individual machines within the line are selected carefuly so that they cooperate together with maximum efficiency.

At the very heart of the line, there is a depalletiser. For medium throughputs of up to 150 layers per hour we use the gantry D 470 Series depalletiser. This machine has the product outfeed at a standard transport height of about 1 meter. For higher throughputs of up to 300 layers per hour we employ the sweep-off D 310 depalletiser with a high-level outfeed at above 2 meters. Both machines are equipped with the integrated layer pad dispenser, which removes layer pads from the pallet and drops them into the magazine. From here stacks of the layer pads are taken either by hand or by a forklift on a pallet.

After depalletisation the empty bottles or cans are gradually transfered from the singulating table to the outfeed conveyor, which transports them further to the filling line.

Full and empty pallets are conveyed on the pallet transport system. The empty ones are usually checked for damage by the empty pallet inspector and then stored automatically at the empty pallet dispenser.
