Depalletising lines by MANEX mean optimally functioning systems. All individual machines within the line are selected carefuly so that they cooperate together with maximum efficiency.

Stacked full pallets arrive on the infeed pallet transport system. Before depalletisation they are destacked to single pallet units by the full pallet destacker. At the very heart of the line, there is a depalletiser. For lower throughputs we offer depalletising robots, for medium throughputs we usually use the single-pillar depalletisers with a gripping or clamping head (D 530 or D 540 Series). High throughputs require very robust solutions. Here we recommend our frame depalletisers – the D 630 or D 640 Series depalletisers with a gripping or clamping head. They are ideal for the speeds of up to 1.200 kegs per hour. For filling lines with even higher throughput requirements we have a unique solution – our D 610 Series frame depalletiser with a sweep-off head, which transfers kegs off the pallet without lifting them. This depalletiser belongs to the world´s top performers in its category.

The depalletiser is equipped with the outfeed keg transport system. Empty pallets are conveyed on the pallet transport system, where they are usually checked for damage by the empty pallet inspector and then stored automatically at the empty pallet dispenser.

Other additional devices are used within the line to perform requested auxiliary operations, such as the keg turner, keg decapper, ink-jet prints washer, etc.
