For beverage and bakery plastic crates, transit trays or similar containers.

Depalletising lines by MANEX mean optimally functioning systems. All individual machines within the line are selected carefuly so that they cooperate together with maximum efficiency.

Depalletising lines for beverage crates

At the very heart of the line, there is a depalletiser. For medium throughputs we use the single-pillar D 540 Series depaletiser, for high throughputs the special D 740 "Golem" depalletiser is the most suitable solution. Its unique design enables it to depalletise up to 400 layers of crates per hour on minimum footprint.

After depalletisation it is necessary to unload empty bottles from the crates. For this application we offer our single-pillar or frame bottle unloaders suitable for the throughputs of up to 50.000 bottles per hour. Empty crates and bottles are conveyed further to the "wet part" of the line by means of the crate transport system.

Full and empty pallets are conveyed on the pallet transport system. The empty ones are usually checked for damage by the empty pallet inspector and then stored automatically at the empty pallet dispenser.

Depalletising lines for bakery transit trays

Bakery transit trays are too low and fragile to be clamped from sides. Their depalletisation requires a special equipment capable of both careful and fast handling. Our D 690 Series frame depalletiser with a special head was designed for this very purpose. Its gripping head transfers the whole layer of trays at a time, its throughput reaching up to 375 layers per hour. For the highest throughput requirements, this machine can be suited for simultaneous depalletisation from 2 pallets.

Empty trays are conveyed further to the filling line on the tray transport system. The pallet transport system provides the infeed of full pallets and outfeed of the empty ones.
