Palletising line for bottles or cans

For glass bottles, jars, PET bottles, cans and similar containers.

Palletising lines by MANEX mean optimally functioning systems. All individual machines within the line are selected carefuly so that they cooperate together with maximum efficiency.

At the very heart of the line, there is a palletiser. Our universal palletisers with a transfer plate suit most applications. Here we can choose either the low-level infeed P 210 Series palletiser ideal for medium throughputs or the high-level infeed P 310 Series palletisers, where high throughputs are reguired. For palletisation of steel cans we use the single-pillar P 560 Series palletiser with a magnetic head, for palletisation of empty PET bottles there is a very efficient unique solution – our special P 730 Series palletiser.

The palletiser is equipped with the infeed product transport system. Pallets are conveyed on the pallet transport system, the empty pallets are fed automatically from the empty pallet dispenser.

Other additional devices are used within the line to perform requested auxiliary operations, such as the layer pad inserter, pallet centering, full pallet wrapping machine, full pallet elevator, etc.
