Palletising lines by MANEX mean optimally functioning systems. All individual machines in the line are selected carefuly so that they cooperate together with maximum efficiency.

At the very heart of the line, there is a palletiser – either a conventional palletiser or a palletising robot. We recommend robots for lower and medium throughputs and for applications with frequent change of products. We use industrial robots by renowned manufacturers (ABB, Kawasaki, KUKA and others) and supplement them with our tailor-made gripping heads, which we both design and manufacture. For the medium throughputs we offer our low-level infeed P 210 Series palletisers with a transfer plate or single-pillar P 520 Series palletisers with a roller shutter head. For the medium to highest throughputs there is an ideal solution – our high-level infeed P 310 Series palletiser, where products are placed on pallet by means of a transfer plate.

The palletiser is equipped with an infeed product transport system. In case of the high-level infeed palletiser, the products are conveyed vertically to its infeed either by a slanting conveyor or by a product elevator.

Pallets are conveyed on the pallet transport system, the empty pallets are fed automatically from the empty pallet dispenser.

Other additional devices are used within the line to perform requested auxiliary operations, such as a product pre-stacker, layer pad dispenser, pallet centering, full pallet wrapping machine, full pallet elevator, etc.
