Palletising line for kegs

We supply palletising lines with single-pillar or frame palletisers. From semi-automatic to fully automatic lines intended for highest throughputs.

Application

For kegs and other types of barrels.

Palletising lines by MANEX mean optimally functioning systems. All individual machines within the line are selected carefuly so that they cooperate together with maximum efficiency.

At the very heart of the line, there is a palletiser. For lower and medium throughputs we use single-pillar palletisers with a gripping or clamping head (P 530 or P 540 Series), for high throughputs up to 1.200 kegs per hour we offer our frame palletisers (P 630 Series with a gripping head or P 640 with a clamping head). For the highest throughput lines we have a unique solution - our P 610 Series frame palletiser with a sweep-off head, which transfers kegs on pallet without lifting them. This palletiser belongs to the world´s top performers in its category.

The palletiser is equipped with the infeed keg transport system. Pallets are conveyed on the pallet transport system, the empty pallets are fed automatically from the empty pallet dispenser.

To increase accumulation, full pallets are usually stacked after palletisation by the full pallet stacker

Other additional devices can be used within the line to perform requested auxiliary operations, such as the keg turner, keg capperpallet centeringempty pallet inspector, full pallet wrapping machine, labelling machine, full pallet elevator, etc.

Our rich experience from dozens of successfuly installed kegs palletising lines enables us to design solutions with maximum efficiency and reliability.
