Conveyor convertor
It is intended for changing direction of pallet transport by 90° while crossing from the roller to chain conveyor section (or vice versa). The pallet is not turned. This device suits applications where a turntable cannot be used. We offer it in various designs to suit each customers application.

Construction
The convertor consists of a chain conveyor with an inlying retractable roller conveyor section. This section can be lifted above the chain level by means of a cam mechanism or pneumatically. We also offer roller conveyors with a retractable chain section. The conveyor is equipped with support stands with antivibration feet at the bottom. Drive units are available as underslung type or as low level side mounted type. We use the SEW Eurodrive drives by default.
