Air conveyor
Air conveyors are intended for very careful transport of empty PET bottles. They are driven by the air flow generated by a fan.
Application
For empty PET bottles.
Construction
Conveyor is of the single-chamber design. The chamber is made from stainless sheet metal and has a plastic central blowing block. A bottle neck guiding is made of the burnished stainless and is shaped to avoid any jamming. A side guiding is made from stainless circular bars and has minimum contact with bottles. The air flow is precisely vectored so that it gets inside the bottles as little as possible.The fan is mounted on the conveyor by means of a antivibration fixture. Fan filters up to 0,001 micron density can be used. The conveyor is equipped with its own control system.

Steel frame construction with standard plastic components.
