Platform elevator
High-performance device designed for vertical elevation of products from low level lines (700 – 1,000 mm) to a high level outfeed. We offer the device in various designs according to the specific requirements of the customer.
Application
For cases, cartons, trays, shrink-wrapped packs, crates and other goods.
Throughput
Up to 2.000 packs per hour.
Construction
The elevator is built with a steel frame construction which carries 2 bearing chains. Attached to the chains are an appropriate number of transport platens which carry the conveyed objects. During the elevation the platens, made from steel profiles, are oriented horizontaly. On their return they travel in a vertical position. The change of orientation is always performed during the return cycle, which enables the conveyed objects to drive smoothly in or out of the elevator.
The machine is equipped with a control panel which is either standalone or built in the machine frame.
The elevator is also available with an adjustable infeed level feature. Due to a unique mechanism, it is possible to change between different infeed conveyor levels automatically from the control panel.
