Frame depalletiser - D 690 Series
High-performance equipment intended for depalletisation of plastic crates. Its special gripping head transfers the whole layer of goods at a time. Construction of the machine makes clever use of the difference in elevation between infeed height of full pallets and output height of depalletised containers.

Construction
Compact, robust frame construction with product layers transfer by means of a special gripping head. The folded steel frame is of welded carbon steel construction. The pallet moves vertically on a lift attached to four chains avoiding any instability. The pallet position and position of layer placed on it is very precise. The depalletising head grips crates from inside by means of independent gripping fingers, which are driven by a set of rolls and pneumatic cylinders. The whole head is fastened to the transfer trolley, which moves horizontally and shuttles between the positions above the pallet and the discharge conveyor. This conveyor is intended for separating product layers into rows and sending them to the outfeed system.
