Construction

Compact four-pillar machine design with side gripping of goods using clamping flaps. The machine is of welded construction with a torsionally stiff bolted frame consisting of four pillars. Between pillars, on opposing sides, runs a pair of vertically moving trolleys carrying pivoting arms with clamp plates. Arms are moved by pneumatic cylinders. This universal gripping mechanism guarantees high functionality and handling speed. This unique machine concept enables processing of pallets with unrestricted numbers of layers. Accuracy of layer placement is very high and the principle of the palletiser excludes any pallet damage or stack build quality by palletisation taking place at the last minute without pallet. The pallet is passed under a complete stack of crates. The machine is equipped with a pallet conveyor coming through its centre and with a parallel forming table for crates. Side crossing of the crate layer from the forming table to the inner pallet conveyor is carried out by means of chain carriers.
