High-performance machine intended for depalletisation of new containers. Construction of the machine makes clever use of the difference in elevation between infeed height of full pallets and output height of depalletised containers. We offer the device in various designs according to the specific requirements of the customer.

Compact frame construction with sweeping of upper layer of containers off the pallet to the clearing table. The pallet with containers is lifted with an integrated lift. The device is equipped with an entry door which simultaneously functions as a clamping system. The whole system consists of frame, pallet lift, side straightening, pallet conveyor, layer shifter and layer pad dispenser. The layer of bottles below the withdrawn layer is held by an auxiliary frame. This enables a high sweeping speed without danger of deformation of the lower layers. An integrated layer pad remover is placed on a rotary arm. It grips layer pads using vacuum cups. The use of a step motor enables quick and precise movements even when handling heavy weights. Acceleration and deceleration are fluid, with exclusion of dynamic feedback. The whole unit is fenced for safety reasons and equipped with safety interlocks.
