Construction

The equipment consists of a separating belt conveyor for crates, a bottle inspector, a discarding roller conveyor, a gravitational accumulation roller conveyor, a bottle loader, a control system and an electric distributor. The inspector checks presence of bottles in crates by means of steel cap detectors fastened on a bar moving horizontally above the crate.

Crates arrive on a belt conveyor, which creates necessary spaces between them. After that they pass one by one under a steel cap detector. If the system detects a missing bottle or a cap, the whole crate is discarded from the filling line to the discarding roller conveyor. There it is loaded with missing bottles, either manually or by the automatic loader, and returned back to the line.
