High-performance equipment intended for unloading bottles from plastic crates. Ideal for medium and high throughputs up to 50.000 bottles per hour.
For unloading of bottles from plastic crates.
Up to 320 cycles per hour, e.g. 50.000 bottles /hour (with 20 bottles per 1 crate).
Robust, one-pillar construction with bottle layers transfer from crates by means of 8 heads with bell-shaped vacuum grippers. The unloader works in cycles and can be used for both loading and unloading. During the unloading, full crates arrive on an infeed crate conveyor and are then divided into 2 lines. The gripping head lifts up the bottles from crates and places them on the singulating table. The accurate and careful unloading is achieved by the help of a guiding frame, which is activated either by pneumatic or electric drive. The singulating table and the outfeed conveyor for crates are driven by three-phase drives with frequency inverters. To comply with safety regulations, the lifting unit has a brake, the whole equipment is fenced and the entry doors are equipped with safety interlocks.
