High-level palletiser - P 380 Series
Efficient automatic equipment intended for stacking of goods on pallet. Products enter the machine at higher level (2.000 mm or higher) and are carefully transferred to the pallet by a special gripping head. We offer the device in various designs according to customer requirements.
Application
For cartons and trays of non-standard shapes, e.g. with tapered profile.

Up to 250 layers per hour.
Construction
Compact, robust frame construction with product layers transfer onto pallets by means of a transfer head. The folded steel frame is of welded carbon steel construction. The pallet moves vertically on a lift attached to four chains avoiding any instability. The pallet position and position of layer placed on it is very precise. A special transfer head grips the product layer from the side and supports it from below by special grippers. The palletising head moves only horizontally, the product layer is lifted to it by feed table. The advantage of this system is the minimum distance between layers during placing, which ensures precise depositing of products. Modular concept of the palletiser enables efficient product and pallet movements to create the smallest efficient footprint.
