Robot palletiser - P 890 Series
Efficient and flexible robotic equipment intended for deposition of goods on pallet. Products are transferred by the help of a special multi-purpose head, which can be also adapted to handle layer pads and empty pallets. The machine is offered in various designs according to customer requirements and we are able to integrate it into a complete system taking into consideration the logistics of products and pallet flow. Our extensive experience in programming these systems guarantees maximum effective performance of all components.
Application
For cartons, trays, shrink wrapped packs and other similar goods. Can also be used for buckets and other atypical products.
Throughput
Up to 360 cycles per hour, e.g. for example 6.500 PET bottles 1,5 l/ hour.
Construction
The basis of the system is an industrial robot carrying a special multi-purpose head. This head is always designed to suit perfectly the specific application. It can be equipped either with a vacuum gripping section to handle cartons and layer pads, or side clamping plates to grip shrink wrapped packs or another tailor-made product handling section. Furthermore it can include gripping hooks to pick an empty pallet from the magazine and place it on the deposition place. We offer use of robots made by mainstream manufacturers such as ABB, Kawasaki, KUKA or FANUC according to customers specific application. Product supply is performed by an infeed roller conveyor and a forming table. The whole equipment is operated by programmable Siemens or Rockwell PLC. All working conditions are displayed on the well-arranged panel. To comply with safety regulations, the equipment is fenced and the entry doors are equipped with safety interlocks.
