Special palletiser - P 730 Series
Efficient automatic equipment intended for stacking of empty PET bottles on pallet. Bottles are carefully transfered by means of a special gripping head. We offer the machine in various designs according to customer requirement.
Application
For new empty PET bottles.
Throughput
Up to 35 layers, e.g. up to 10.000 PET bottles 1,5 l per hour.
Construction
Four-pillar gantry construction with product layers transfer onto pallets by means of a special gripping head. The bottles are gripped by their necks and the whole layer is also clamped from sides. The folded steel frame is of welded carbon steel construction. Its unique design ensures maximum stiffness together with minimum footprint. The transfer head guiding frame moves vertically and is attached to four chains avoiding any instability. The head itself is of the SIMTECH system and can grip PET bottles very accurately and place them into a cardboard layer pad on the pallet. The palletiser is further equipped with a layer forming table and a layer pad handling accssories, e.g. infeed conveyor, magazine and automatic applicator.
