MANEX offers a telephone service support to all its clients. Our operators are ready to receive a report about eventual problems in the operation and suggest a quick and effective solution.
When reporting a problem, please give us your customer number, the machine serial number and if possible also the failure part code. This will help us to find the most suitable problem solution faster.

The service support manager is available for our cutomers during working days and hours between 7.00 – 15.30 o´clock. He receives failure reports, suggests most efficient solutions and coordinates work of the emergency service team. Besides he provides all information about our aftersale support services. A standard service provided for all machines supplied by MANEX. In case of a machine failure reported to our service department, they will analyse it and suggest a quick and effective solution. If necessary, the MANEX emergency service team is dispatched in a short time to fix the probelm on site.
An above-standard service offered for all MANEX machines. It guaranties service readiness and fast intervention on site. The guaranteed maximum time between reporting a problem and Manex team arriving on site is individually agreed in a service agreement. Customers with this service can be sure that defects are removed in the shortest possible time with minimum impact on their production.
A standard service provided for all machines supplied by MANEX. Our service support doesn´t expire with a warranty period but continues throughout the whole machine life cycle. Long-term and reliable operation of MANEX equipment is our primary goal. That is why we also offer regular preventive service inspections, which help to detect small defects early and to prevent them from growing bigger and causing much greater and more costly damage in the future. The regular inspection are mostly carried out on the basis of a long term service contract. We can service not only the original MANEX machines but also compatible equipment of other manufacturers.
