Empty pallet dispenser

It is used for feeding individual pallets at the palletiser input or pallet stacking after depalletising. The dispensers may be also used for pallet accumulation between palletiser and depalletiser. Available in various designs to suit each customers application.

Применение

For EURO pallets 1,200 x 800 mm, Chep pallets, half pallets 800 x 600mm (Düsseldorf).

Construction

The dispenser is based on a stiff frame which supports a vertical drive to move the carriage with a pair of gripping arms. The carriage is hung on 2 bands winded on drums, which are driven by an electric drive. The arms grip pallets from sides and lift it. They are driven pneumatically.

We use the SEW Eurodrives by default.
