Product pre-stacker

A special device intended for stacking of products before palletisation. It is used to multiply the palletiser throughput or to provide accumulation on product conveyors. We offer it in various designs to suit each customers application

For cases, cartons, trays, shrink-wrapped packs or crates.

Construction

The stacking device is mounted on a special product conveyor. Products are lifted by means of a crank mechanism driven by an electromotor. There are flaps on the sides which are opened and closed by pneumatic cylinders.

We use the SEW Eurodrives by default.
