Layer pad applicator

An efficient device intended for placing layer boards between layers of palletised goods. Usually it is an integral part of a palletiser but we offer it also as a standalone machine. It may be used for insert removal during goods depalletisation too. Available in various designs to suit each customers application.

Construction

The device consists of a layer pad applicator and a magazine. The applicator with a gripping head is always designed according to the specific layer pad type. The magazine stores a stack of layer pads, which is refilled either manually or automatically (by the pallet transport system). The pads are centered so that their placement is very accurate.
