Pillar palletiser - P 560 Series
Efficient special machine of one-pillar concept intended for palletising metal cans. The head transfers the whole layer of cans at a time. We offer the machine in various designs according to customer requirement.

Construction
A robust pillar of cross-section 550 x 550 mm, ensures safe working of machine even with exceptionally heavy goods. The pillar supports a vertical drive to move the transfer head up and down. An arm moves the head in the horizontal plain. The head is driven from the right to the left position by the help of a parallelogram frame designed with the ideal movement path, gyroscopic moment and speed. The head is equipped with a set of permanent magnets and a stainless steel releasing plate (non-magnetic), which enables accurate and careful placing of cans on pallet. A standard part of the unit is also an infeed conveyor of cans, a layer forming table, a pallet centering device, layer aligning bars and an automatic layer pad dispenser.
