Construction
The elevator is based mainly on a robust pillar, which ensures safe working of machine even with exceptionally heavy loads. The pillar supports a vertical drive to move the transfer trolley up and down. A pallet conveyor section (roller or chain) is mounted on the trolley. The vertical movement of the elevator is performed by an electric drive controlled by a frequency converter, which allows high lifting speed without starting shocks or noise. For emergency cases the elevator is equipped with an emergency break and a protective cage.
