Construction
The roller conveyors are based on a ’C‘ profile which makes for a strong and rigid assembly. The frame is fastened to support stands equipped by antivibration feet. An adjustable railing or a bearing is fixed to the side plates. The rollers are mounted on the shafts pivoted in the side plates. They can be driven in 3 ways:
- Underslung flat belt drive – makes it possible to accumulate products at assembly stations, merges or at any point required.
- Interlaced chain drive – the chain runs over sprocket-wheels on the roller ends.
- Straight chain drive – the chain runs over sprocket-wheels on the roller ends.
We use SEW Eurodrive drives by default.
Material and surface finishing
Rollers are made from steel tubes with zinc-coated surface. Plastic or rubbered rollers can be also used. The frame is painted with 2 layers by default, we offer also powder coating or zinc-coating at additional charge. Colour shade by request. The conveyors are available also in all stainless steel.
