Construction

The slat band is supported by a bearing mounted on a main backbone construction. It consists of sheet-metal side plates connected together by reinforcing elements. The side plates are mounted on adjustable support stands with antivibration feet. They also carry an adjustable side railing.

Except the standard slat band, we also offer conveyors with a modular slat band, where plastic slats are equipped with small rollers. These enable smooth slipping of the band under products in case the product flow is stopped.

We use SEW Eurodrive drives by default.

Material and surface finishing

Steel frame with standard plastic components. The slat band can be either plastic or stainless.
