MANEX & Co realised several big projects for the Belgian producer of detergents and cosmetics, company McBride NV. The customer requirements were to design and implement an efficient solution for palletisation of several different types of boxes. A large transport system for products and pallets was also part of the delivery. We gradually installed 9 high-level palletisers, the last 2 were of the latest double-plate design, which enables easy handling of irregular layer formats.

Product: bottles with detergents packed in big cardboard boxes
Palletisation throughput: up to 50 layers per hour
Pallets: EURO pallets 1200x800 mm
