MANEX realised a keg handling line for a Slovak production plant of the well-known soft drinks producer, company Kofola a.s. It included depalletising and palletising system for kegs. Due to medium performance requirements it was possible to integrate a single universal palletiser, capable of performing both operations aleternately. Apart from this combi-palletiser the line included also several other pieces of equipment for keg and pallet transport and other additional handling operations.

System parameters

Product: 30 l and 50 l kegs with soft drinks
Throughput: up to 40 layers per hour, eg. 240 kegs/hour
Pallets: EURO pallets 1200x800 mm
