MANEX & Co designed and installed a modern new bottle depalletising line for the well-known Czech sparkling wine producer, company Bohemia Sekt, Českomoravská vinařská, a.s. Despite the limited available space, we managed to provide a solution with maximum efficiency, using a medium performance gantry depalletiser. It is complemented by the sufficient accumulation of full pallets on the input and of depalletised bottles on the output.

Throughput: up to 16.000 bottles per hour (150 layers/hour)
Pallets: EURO pallets 1200x800 mm and CHEP pallets 1000x1200 mm
