MANEX succeeded in a selection procedure to design and supply a complete keg depalletising and palletising line for the Wellpark brewery in Glasgow, which belongs to the InBev group. In spite of tough demands for high performance and limited space, we managed to design a maximum efficient solution.

In order to handle different types of keg layer patterns, it was necessary to develop a brand new type of pal- and depalletiser. The well-tried frame construction was complemented with a new sweep-off clamping head. Together with a transfer plate, they allow very careful and fast deposition of kegs on the pallet. The kegs don´t have to be lifted.
