Паллетизационные линии и транспортировочные трассы

We accomplished a project for the Staropramen brewery in Prague (InBev group). It was one of the largest and most demanding projects in MANEX history.

The Staropramen brewery underwent the installation of a new 60.000 bottles/hour filling line and also the relocation of the 36.000 bottles/hour line. As a supplement to the mentioned „wet part“ of the line, our company supplied the „dry part“ as a general contractor, which meant palletisations together with conveyor systems between the filling lines. These were located separately – some in the new production hall, the other in the newly-built dispatch hall.

The project requirements were very demanding and forced MANEX to design several unique technical solutions. It was necessary to master extremely long conveyor routes with considerable height differences while keeping the high performance on limited space.

In order to achieve the high performance, MANEX designed a number of new components which are not commonly available on the market. Our product portfolio was widened by a new sectional system of roller conveyors for crates and cartons. Due to this we were able to satisfy the hard requirements for fast installation and simple construction. MANEX also designed new belt conveyors for crates which complied with the high load and unusually steep slope of the conveyor lines (20 – 25 degrees). The entire project finally included installation of ca. 1.500 running meters of conveyor routes, including 7 top speed elevators.

The already existing palletising machines were complemented by new MANEX palletisers, new conveyor routes and finally connected to wrapping machines and pallet labeling machines. Putting all those parts together resulted in formation of a very large line with unique performance parameters. MANEX palletisers are used for palletisation of multipacks, eg. cartons with 10 beer bottles, and also for universal palletisation of cartons and crates.

We are glad that we could contribute to such an ambitious project and that we succeeded in satisfying difficult requirements.
