Our company finished a PET bottle palletising project for the Czech mineral water producer Karlovarská Korunní Kyselka, s.r.o. The supplied system included a palletiser together with product and pallet conveyors. It is notable for its very efficient product accumulation, high overall throughput, advantageous machine layout, very careful product handling and also high flexibility in creating product layer patterns.

System parameters

Product: PET bottle multipacks with mineral water
Throughput: up to 160 layers per hour (up to 3.600 multipacks/hour)
Pallets: EURO pallets 1200 x 800 mm or half pallets 600 x 800 mm
