Company MANEX & Co a.s. realised a project including depalletisation and palletisation of crates for the Steger brewery in Slovakia. Tough demands for high peformance and limited space meant an ideal opportunity to integrate our special K 740 „Golem“ palletiser. Due to its unique design this machine is able to perform palletisation and depalletisation alternately at minimum space. The system was also complemented by crate and pallet transport solution.

System parameters

Product: plastic crates with beer bottles
Throughput: up to 500 layers in the single operation mode (either palletising or depalletising) or up to 200 layers in the combined mode.
Pallets: EURO pallets 1200x800 mm
