Паллетизация стеклянных банок с вареньем и джемом

We finished a palletising project for the producer of conserved food PIKA, a.s. (HAMÉ group). The customer needed a universal solution for handling glass bottles of several different sizes at lower performance. We designed a system using our low-level infeed palletiser (P 210 Series) with manual application of layer pads. It was complemented by conveyors for glasses, a pallet dispenser and an output pallet conveyor. The palletiser throughput was more than 50 layers per hour.
